Chicago’s Most Funded Kickstarter Campaigns
The Chicago Business Journal recently published an article providing a rundown of Chicago’s most funded Kickstarter campaigns of 2013, and highlighted the most successful campaign in detail. Kickstarter has been a popular tool used to crowd-fund various projects, including start-up businesses.
Chicago’s biggest Kickstarter success was watchmaker Central Standard Timing, receiving just over $1 million by 7,658 backers, an eye-poping 513-percent over the amount the company was asking.
