PeopleFluent, a leading social human capital management technology company announced the appointment of F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business alumnus Rajan Venkitachalam as its vice president of product management. Mr. Venkitachalam joins PeopleFluent from Caradigm, where he served as director of program management.
PeopleFluent has achieved greater than fifteen percent organic revenue growth in the last twelve months and the recent launch of the Mirror Suite and the Colossus cloud-based data integration platform has proven to be a significant, positive inflection point for the company.
The appointment of Rajan Venkitachalam as VP of product management solidifies PeopleFluent’s commitment to an innovative cloud-based product strategy, focused on leveraging all of an organization’s data to gain meaningful and actionable knowledge.

Mr. Venkitachalam’s responsibilities will include developing the vision for future products and executing the resulting product roadmap. He brings almost two decades of technology product management experience to PeopleFluent, having previously held senior product management roles at a number of software and technology companies, including ServiceNow and Microsoft. He also served as chief technology officer for Bedrock Technologies. Mr. Venkitachalam has also managed the development of Microsoft’s extremely successful cloud-based technologies and solutions.

Mr. Venkitachalam holds a BS in computer information systems from Bentley University and an MBA from the F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business, Babson College. Mr. Venkitachalam is also a published author and successful entrepreneur.
