Graziadio Offers Second Half Significance Certificate

Pepperdine University’s Graziadio School of Business and Management, in collaboration with the Halftime Institute, is offering a new Certificate in Second Half Significance. This program is based on Bob Buford’s best-selling book about how to find meaning and fulfillment in the second half of life (Halftime, 1994) and leadership insight from the Graziadio School of Business and Management. It is designed to help high-capacity leaders move from success to significance by living a life with greater joy and impact.

The program includes one year of executive coaching, monthly cohort calls, a three-day launch workshop and access to Halftime Talent Solutions’ executive search expertise.

Those who participate in the certificate program will take part in peer collaboration, where students join a small group of marketplace leaders to work together to have a second half of significance based on their experience, One-on-one executive coaching where students will work with a certifid halftime institute coach and Private Meetings and Special Events sponsored by Pepperdine’s Graziadio School of Business and Management and the Halftime Institute, which will feature leading thinkers and authors such as Jim Collins, Bob Buford, and Ken and Margie Blanchard.

Participants will also learn Halftime Talent Solutions, which are ways for students identify their skills and interests and a Head and Heart Approach in which students will listen and learn, reflect and renew, and begin to design a roadmap of personal next steps.

Upon successful completion of the program, students will be awarded a Certificate in Second Half Significance from Pepperdine University’s Graziadio School of Business and Management and the Halftime Institute.
