The Penn State Smeal College of Business has named four new members to its Board of Visitors. All four new members are alumni of the Smeal College of Business. The Smeal Board of Visitors was founded in 1989 to provide advice and counsel to the dean and other Smeal administrators
About the new board members:
Jon Grosso, is the executive vice president and director of stores for Kohl’s Department Stores. Grosso has been with Kohl’s since 2001 and has held his current position since 2007. He currently leads 130,000 associates including more than 100 management leaders.
Ron Morgan is the chairman of MorganFranklin Consulting. Since co-founding MorganFranklin in 1998, Morgan led all aspects of the firm’s consulting practice, including practice management, business development, client service and personnel development.
Stephen Reeves, is the executive vice president and chief financial officer of Enviva Holdings. Reeves has responsibility for all aspects of finance at this rapidly growing firm as well as oversight of the human resource and information technology functions. Reeves and his wife established and funded the Stephen and Lyn Reeves Trustee Scholarship and have recently established the Reeves Family Early Career Professorship and the Reeves Family Student Success Fund.
Salomon “Sal” Sredni, is the chief executive officer of TradeStation Group, Inc. Sredni joined TradeStation Group, Inc. as its vice president of operations and chief financial officer in December 1996. He held numerous positions since then abd was named chairman of the board, which he held until the company was acquired by Monex Group, Inc. in June 2011. In June 2012, he was elected to the board of directors of Monex Group, Inc. and was recognized, together with the company’s co-founders, as the “Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year” for the state of Florida in 2005.
