The D’Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University will be holding an information webinar for its part-time MBA program. The part-time MBA webinar will be held Jan. 9, 2015. It will begin at noon and will last one hour.
The part-time MBA program allows students to complete their MBA degree in as little as two years or as long as seven years. Students have the choice of committing to courses just one night a week, or to accelerate their degree by taking multiple classes that fit their schedule, including classes online and on Saturdays.
Beyond building a strong foundation of management and leadership skills, students have the option to choose a specialization that meets their specific career objectives, such as marketing, corporate finance, investments or supply chain management.
The part-time program is ideal for individuals seeking to build on their business and leadership skills at a flexible pace. The core curriculum offers two classes in one evening. Classes are offered on main campus and online. Students also have the opportunity to participate in two-week international summer programs in Asia, Eastern Europe or South America.
The average class size is 58 students with 40 percent of the class being female. The average GMAT score is 580 and the average GPA is 3.13. The average work experience of students is five years. Classes are held in the evenings: Monday through Thursday and Saturdays. The program starts in September and January each year.
