Leavey Holds MBA Information Session
The Leavey School of Business is holding an information session for its MBA program. The event will be held Dec. 11, 2014 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. The event will be held at the Santa Clara University campus.
The evening MBA program at the Leavey School of Business has a newly revised curriculum and program structure. This new curriculum gives students coursework that integrates with other courses across disciplines. Developed in consultation with Silicon Valley executives, the new concentrations (now a required component of the Evening MBA) are focused with specific career paths in mind.
Classes for the evening MBA program meet Mondays and Wednesdays or Tuesdays and Thursdays. Classes are held at 5:45 p.m. and 7:20 p.m. Cost for the evening MBA program is $951 per unit. The program requires 70 units to complete the program.
Leavey also offers an accelerated MBA option. The Accelerated MBA option helps students address immediate professional objectives in a 22-month program in a rigorous, cohort format. Classes meet on Thursday evenings and all day Saturday during the program. The same faculty as the Evening MBA program teaches the accelerated program. The faculty collaborates to offer a rich classroom experience, combining teamwork, individual assignments, and case study.
The cost of the program is $1,055 per unit. International study is also an optional opportunity to integrate with the curriculum of the accelerated program. In international study, faculty and students visit corporate headquarters and government agencies of a selected region to understand the global nature of business first-hand.
Registration for the information event can be completed online.
