The Georgetown McDonough School of Business invites prospective MBA students to register for their monthly Full-Time and Evening MBA Admissions Information Session on Tuesday, January 13, 2015.
Members of the school’s admissions departments and career services team will go over the application process and host a workshop to give attendees a taste of what to expect as an MBA student. Prospective students will have the opportunity to hear from alumni on the value of a McDonough MBA.
The McDonough School of Business full-time MBA is a 21-month, daytime program. There is one intake of students each year, and the fall semester begins in August. A cohort structure helps optimize learning. Over the course of the full-time MBA, students are given the opportunity to participate in Four residencies (one international) and study abroad opportunities.
Meanwhile, the Evening MBA is an accredited, rigorous, three-year program that is specifically designed to support working professionals by providing the opportunity to earn a graduate business degree on a part-time basis while accelerating their careers. The Georgetown MBA Evening Program features the same curriculum and faculty, and confers the same degree received by graduates of Georgetown’s Full-time MBA Program. With a convenient class schedule that meets on campus two evenings per week, students experience hands-on learning in a close-knit, collaborative environment that strengthens their professional and personal networks.

5:30 to 6:00 p.m.: Application Workshop (Optional)
6:10 to 6:35 p.m.: Georgetown McDonough Overview
6:35 to 7:00 p.m.: MBA Career Center Workshop
7:00 to 7:35 p.m.: Current Student and Alumni Panel
7:35 to 8:15 p.m.: Networking Reception
