Columbia Saturday EMBA App Deadline March 2

The final application deadline for the Saturday Executive MBA- New York at the Columbia Business School is March 2, 2015. This deadline is for the EMBA Saturday program that is beginning in May 2015. All required materials for applications must be submitted by this deadline in order to be considered for admission.

In order to be considered for admission, applicants for the EMBA program at Columbia must submit a letter of sponsorship from an authorized representative from their organization. The letter must contain a brief statement of the terms of support that the organization will provide to the applicant. The organization is not required to provide financial sponsorship but it must agree to keep applicant travel time to a minimum and release him or her from all job responsibilities on class days.

In addition to completing an online application, applicants must also provide a copy of all official transcripts from all colleges or universities attended, GMAT or GRE scores and two letters of recommendation. Applicants must also submit answers to two essay questions that are available on the online application. An application fee of $250 is required for admission as well. Interviews are also required for admission to Columbia Business School. These interviews are invitation only by the Admissions Office.

The Saturday EMBA program at Columbia is an ideal program for those whose careers are accelerating rapidly or work in fast-changing industries. The Saturday option offers the same curriculum, instruction, and networking power as the other MBA programs, but requires no time away from work.
