Wharton EMBA App Deadline Feb. 10

The application deadline for the Executive MBA at The Wharton School is Feb. 10. Prospective students who complete their application by this deadline will receive an admissions decision no later than March 31, 2015. Applicants will be considered for admission only if all of the required materials are submitted by the Feb. 10 deadline.

The cost of the Two-Year Program for the Class Entering May of 2014 was $181,500. The tuition fee includes tuition, program-related housing and meals that are a part of the residency requirement, and all class materials and books. Transportation and parking costs are not included in the tuition.

All students seeking admission to the EMBA program at Wharton must meet the basic requirements of sponsorship, which is to have the written endorsement of their organizations, enabling them to commit the time necessary to attend class over the two-year program. Sponsorship can include full or partial financial support from an applicant’s organization. Individuals who are self-employed or are only partially sponsored will need to finance all or part of their tuition.

The materials required for a completed application are an online application form, two letters of recommendations, answer three essay questions, provide GMAT scores, official transcripts for all previous undergraduate or graduate work, and a letter of endorsement from a sponsoring organization. Applicants must also complete an interview with a member of the Admissions Committee.

Applicants must also pay a non-refundable application fee of $180. U.S. Military service members (active duty and veterans) and employees of some not-for-profit organizations may be eligible to waive the application fee.

The online application for the Executive MBA program can be completed online. More information on the EMBA program at Wharton can be found here.
