The Wharton School will be hosting a webinar for prospective students. The webinar will focus on tips for completing a successful application for the MBA program at the Wharton School. The webinar will be held March 10 from 4 to 5 p.m. The webinar is free for all prospective students to attend. Registration for the webinar can be completed online.
During the webinar, prospective students can join members of the Wharton MBA Admissions team for an overview of the application process. There will also be a short presentation about the MBA program at the Wharton School, followed by an opportunity for participants to ask any questions about the program and application process.
The Wharton MBA Admissions Committee will select approximately 850 diverse, talented students. In addition to completing the online application form, applicants to Wharton’s full-time MBA program are also required to submit one mandatory and one optional essay, all undergraduate or graduate school transcripts, two letters of recommendation, their GMAT or GRE scores, and a copy of their current resume.
International students may have to provide their TOEFL scores while those pursuing dual degrees may need to provide supplemental information to one or both programs. Those targeting the Lauder MBA/MA program will be required to submit to a telephone interview to demonstrate their language skills through a twenty minute “Oral Proficiency Interview.” Applicants must also submit an application fee of $265.
Additionally, selected applicants will be invited to complete an admissions interview. In order to be considered for admission, all supporting documents for the application must be submitted by 5 p.m. on the day of the application deadline. The next application deadline for the Wharton School’s MBA program is March 26.
