Garrick Grube, Loyola MBA Fellow, established G Squared Strategic Consulting to help local small-to-medium-sized businesses thrive. Along with fellow graduate Will Childers, the two former Selling School of Business students started gauging areas of opportunity, and non-profit fundraising proved to be a prime candidate.

According to G Squared, strategic planning is the process of setting up long term goals and objectives for your organization.
