Carey Professor Listed at No. 10 Among Top 100 Influencers in Big Data

Carey Business School Senior Professional Instructor J.R. Reagan was named the 10th-ranked big data influencer for 2015 by Dataconomy, a web portal for news, events, and expert insights from the world of data science.

According to his profile on the Carey faculty directory page, Reagan is a Principal at Deloitte & Touche LLP in Washington, DC where he leads the Deloitte Center for Federal Innovation and Global Public Sector Cyber Security practice. He has more than 25 years of financial, commercial and public services experience in countries all across the globe. Reagan brings these global business insights to his teaching at the Carey Business School.

He has been teaching at the Carey Business School of Johns Hopkins University since 2008. His research interests include Innovation and Product Development, Technology and Cybersecurity.  He Professional Faculty at Cornell (Johnson Graduate School of Management), Graduate Mentor at Columbia University University and has guest lectured at Harvard (Kennedy School of Government), Northwestern University (Kellogg School of Management) and University of Notre Dame (Mendoza College of Business).  He also serves on the editorial board of The Public Sector Innovation Journal, the Electronic Journal of e-Government and is a Fellow at the Aspen Institute.
