Zarb Hosts Upcoming Information Events
The Frank G. Zarb School of Business will be hosting three upcoming information events for prospective students this month. The events will be held June 18, June 25 and June 27. The information sessions on June 18 and 25 will be held online during a webinar from 6pm to 7pm. The webinars will be open to all prospective online MBA students and the information session held on campus will be open to all prospective graduate business students.
The MBA webinars will focus on the online MBA at Zarb. The Zarb online MBA was the first online MBA program offered among AACSB accredited universities in the New York metro area. The online MBA program was designed for experienced business professionals who are looking to focus their education in strategic management. The program features case study analysis and an intensive business core curriculum. The program is taught 100 percent online and features a 48 credit curriculum.
The curriculum is divided into three areas, core competencies, advanced core and major concentration. Major concentration options include, strategic business management and strategic healthcare management. Students in the program can typically choose their own pace that they complete the course for the program, although some courses do require students to participate “live” online. Students in the program complete the MBA online in two years.
The information session held on June 27 on the Hofstra campus will give prospective students the s opportunity to meet with Zarb School of Business faculty as well as representatives from the Graduate Business Office and the Career Center. Program attendants will learn more about the application process and the various graduate business programs offered at Zarb, including the Evening MBA, Full-Time Day MBA, specialized MS programs, Online MBA and Executive MBA.
Prospective students can complete a registration form for the online MBA webinar sessions and the Zarb School of Business information session online. All prospective students are welcome to participate in any of the events.
