- Sue Barber is Associate Director IS Customer Service Operations for Kraft Foods Group. A graduate of Eastern Illinois University with a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Marketing and Production Management, Sue also acquired her MBA from Kennesaw State University. Sue’s expertise in the areas of personal development, women’s studies and leadership.
- Matt Flynn is the current Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for the Northwestern Lake Forest Hospital. Matt holds a BS in Chemistry from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and an MBA from the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Matt’s expertise in health care, finance and economics.
- Steve Hammond has served in director positions at national organizations including Walgreens, Zurich and Hollister. Steve graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Chemistry from Colgate University, an MBA from Cornell University and a Master of Science (MS) in Creative Studies from SUNY Buffalo, New York. Steve’s expertise in the areas of innovation, business strategy and leadership.
- Jay Prather is the Global Director of Marketing for NSF International. Jay completed his BS in Communications from Syracuse University and MBA from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management. Jay’s experience in the areas of sales, marketing strategy and business communications.
- Dianne Russo is the Director of Talent Management for Allstate. She earned her BS in Purchasing and Merchandising from Bowling Green State University, followed by an MBA from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management. Dianne’s expertise in business communications, leadership, strategic thinking and coaching.
- Marshall Sims is the Director of the Global Marketing and Brand Building for Abbott. After graduating with his BA in Economics from DePauw University, Marshall earned his MBA at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Marshall’s expertise in marketing, leadership and business communications.
