Kari Bryan, the current Salesforce Administrator for Texas A&M University-Commerce, has earned a spot on the Salesforce Foundation Higher Education Advisory Council. In order to claim a place on the council, Ms. Bryan was first nominated by university constituents and subsequently interviewed by the Foundation.
In her current position as Salesforce Administrator, Bryan is responsible for the setup and configuration of the Salesforce customer relationship management tool (CRM), as well offering introductions to Salesforce through videos and presentations from the Salesforce website.
Bryan states: “I am thrilled to have been nominated by several of my university constituents to represent A&M-Commerce as a member of the Salesforce Higher Education Advisory Council. As a Salesforce Certified Administrator my #1 goal is to provide awareness to our university of what the Salesforce Customer Relationship Management platform brings to higher education.”
During her time as Salesforce Administrator, Bryan came to hold a reputation for dedicated service, leadership and a commitment to the use of Salesforce to address issues in higher education. As a member of the council, Bryan will have the opportunity to represent the university while working alongside those that develop educational initiatives nationwide.
Part of her new position on the council, which begins October 1st, includes various leadership tasks, such as time for assisting other institutions of higher education with salesforce implementation, and the chance to discuss her educational needs with Foundation partners.
In discussing the council’s connection to A&M Commerce, Bryan says: “As a member of the Higher Education Advisory Council I will help guide the Salesforce Foundation and work with them to strategize, develop and deliver features that are of utmost importance for all higher education institutions. It is my pleasure to serve in this new role as well as to continue to serve the diverse needs of A&M-Commerce.”
