Patricia Coffey Honored With Distinguished Director Award By LFGSM
Lake Forest Graduate School of Management (LFGSM) recently honored Patricia Coffey with the school’s 2015 Distinguished Director Award. Coffey has been involved with LFGSM’s Board of Directors for close to a decade.
During her tenure at the school, Coffey has shared her time, extensive business knowledge and leadership with LFGSM students and staff. In the professional world, Coffey is the Senior Vice President of Technology at Allstate Insurance Company. She has been working at the company for more than thirty years.
Her accolades aren’t limited to her academic service: Coffey has been named a Top 100 IT Leader by ComputerWorld and has twice been honored as a “Women in Insurance Leadership” awardee by Insurance Networking News.
Coffey joined LFGSM’s Board of Directors in October 2007, serving on five different committees during her tenure. She currently serves as the chair of the Non-Degree Programs Committee, offering leadership for the school’s growing Corporate Learning Solutions programs. In addition to service on the board, Coffey has helped shape ongoing initiatives to design and deliver leadership development products and services offered by Corporate Learning Solutions. She has also provided support to LFGSM’s scholarship fund.
In a post on the school’s Lake Effects Blog, Lake Forest Graduate School of Management President and CEO Jeff Anderson said,
