LeBow and CIO.com Honor Advancements in Analytics
Drexel University’s LeBow College of Business, in conjunction with CIO.com, recently announced the honorees of the first annual Analytics 50 awards.
The program’s goal is to recognize executives who use big data to solve problems and exercise innovation within their organizations.
Murugan Anandarajan, PhD, department head of decision sciences and MIS at Drexel University, said, “We are extremely impressed with the company honorees and [were pleased] to learn how the use of innovative analytics has played a pivotal role in providing organizational solutions across industries.”
The top spot on the list went to Jared Belsky of 360i, a full service digital marketing agency. The company uses analytics to help its clients create the most effective combination of social media and brand engagement. Other honorees were Per Alfredsson of AstraZeneca, John McInerney of the Greater Philadelphia Cultural Alliance, John Martin of the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, and Jorge Ahumada of Conservation International.
These and all other winners will be recognized at an event at Gerri C. LeBow Hall on the school’s campus on November 9th.
