Try These Open House Events for Seattle MBA Candidates

Trying to figure out where to get your MBA in Seattle? Well, there’s good news. This week, both UW’s Foster School of Business and Seattle Pacific University’s School of Business, Government, and Economics are hosting events for interested Seattle MBA students. It’s your perfect opportunity to meet current students, gain insight from alumni and ask questions of the admissions team.

Tuesday, January 24: UW Foster School of Business Networking Happy Hour

On Tuesday, head on over to the Foster School of Business after you’re done with work for the day for a casual mix and mingle happy hour event. The event includes hors d’oeuvres and drinks alongside the opportunity to learn more about Foster’s six work-compatible academic programs including the Evening MBA, Executive MBA and the Technology Management MBA.

While at the event, MBA candidates will have the opportunity to meet current students and alumni of the UW Foster School while also gaining the chance to network with other working professionals in the Seattle area. It’s the perfect event if you’ve been thinking about earning your MBA while working full time but you’ve been on the fence.

The event will take place from 5:30 – 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, January 24 at the gorgeous Art Marble 21 restaurant in downtown Seattle. To learn more and register for the event, MBA candidates should visit the school website.

Wednesday, January 25: Graduate Business Programs Open House Seattle Pacific

On Wednesday, January 25, students that have been waffling between getting an MBA or a Master of Science in Information Systems Management should head on over to Seattle Pacific University. During this open house, MBA candidates will interact with faculty and admissions representatives to learn more about the three programs SPU offers for working professionals. Attendees will be able to discuss their career goals and how SPU is set up to help students achieve those goals.

The event will be held in the McKenna Hall Conference Room (2nd Floor) and will take place between 5-7 p.m. To learn more and to register for the event, MBA candidates should visit the school website.
