Students from the University of St. Thomas – Cameron School of Business were recently given the opportunity to join their professor, Dr. C. Joe Ueng, for a business conference and competition in New York City.
The Quinnipiac G.A.M.E. VII Forum took place at the end of March in New York, inviting more than 200 high-profile investors and analysts—such as Goldman Sachs’ president and JP Morgan’s Chief Financial Strategist—and over 1,500 students from across the country.
Six Cameron Business students joined their professor to experience the conference and learn directly from these high-impact business leaders. Several of the students who attended are a part of Ueng’s Financial Management course, offered to both MBA students and those in the Masters of Science in Finance program. The students attending the conference were also given the opportunity for networking, even leading to one student procuring an internship for the coming summer.
