The annual U.S. News & World Report 2018 Online MBA rankings are officially in, with the Fox School of Business at Temple University, once again, taking the top honors.
The Fox School of Business has owned the top honor for multiple years in a row, further cementing its case as not only one of the best business schools on the East coast, but in the entire U.S.
Fox was followed by Carnegie Mellon’s Tepper School of Business, which also maintained its second overall ranking from 2017. Unlike many of the other programs included in the ranking, Tepper’s online program is offered exclusively in a part-time hybrid format, blending digital learning and in-person sessions at the school’s Pittsburgh, PA campus.
Tepper was followed by the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University, coming in third overall, the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina in fourth, and the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University rounding out the top five, improving one spot from its placement in the 2017 ranking.
The top ten entrants to the list remained largely similar to last year’s rankings. In fact, the USC Marshall School of Business online MBA was the only new program to crack the top of the ranking, replacing the Raymond J. Harbert College of Business at Auburn and the Arkansas State University College of Business in Jonesboro, both of which were tied at 10th in 2017.
