With that in mind, we took the liberty of assembling a shortlist of MBA investment jobs for graduates who want to help others navigate the growth game.

Alternative Investment Analyst — MassMutual

Founded in 1851, MassMutual is a Fortune 500 company well known for its insurance and retirement offerings.

MassMutual is hiring an Alternative Investment Analyst for its Boston office. The person hired for this position is responsible for evaluating, recommending, and monitoring the company’s portfolio of alternative investments.

The new hire will also oversee the asset management and asset liability management of MassMutual’s $140 billion General Investment Account (GIA). They will manage staff and select alternative investments for inclusion in the GIA.

The ideal candidate has at least three years of relevant prior experience and an MBA.

As the second largest private employer in the U.S., Amazon evolved from a humble online bookseller into an economic juggernaut with a major presence in e-commerce, AI assistance, cloud computing, groceries, and media (CEO Jeff Bezos’ Nash Holdings owns the Washington Post).

Amazon is hiring a Global Partner Investment Risk Manager for its Seattle office. As a member of the Global Partner Investments & Incentives team, the GPI Risk Manager is responsible for managing investment strategies, funding requirement and process to our global partners, building trust, and creating scalable partner experiences.

Amazon’s Seattle headquarters needs a new Global Partner Investment Risk Manager, preferably with an MBA in hand.

The ideal candidate has at least five years of relevant experience and an MBA.

Marketing Associate/Vice President — JP Morgan Chase

JP Morgan Chase is hiring a Marketing Associate/Vice President for its New York office. Working in JP Morgan Chase’s Asset & Wealth Management division, the new hire will manage both digital and in-person programs, driving multi-channel initiatives targeted at financial advisors.

The ideal candidate has at least five years of relevant prior experience and an MBA.

The new hire is responsible for identifying and conducting research on investment firms and their global equity strategies, monitoring investment on behalf of the firm’s clients, serving as a resource for the firm’s portfolio managers, and identifying strategic trends related to investing in publicly listed equities.

Associate/Vice President — Goldman Sachs

Founded in 1869, Goldman Sachs is a major global firm that provides various financial services to a diverse client base ranging from individuals to Fortune 500 companies.

Goldman Sachs is hiring an Associate/Vice President for its West Palm Beach office. The new hire will be a part of the Renewable Power Group, a team contained within Goldman Sachs Asset Management Credit Alternatives, a boutique investment platform with $8 billion under management.

The new Associate/VP of the Renewable Power Group will play a major role in sourcing, evaluating, structuring, and managing investments in renewable energy assets.
