New Balance is a name known to many runners around the world. The shoes, many of which are still made in the United States, are known for its quality and extremely smooth ride. While running is still the core business, the company has successfully expanded out into various other sports, including cricket, soccer, skateboarding, and basketball.
New Balance is hiring a Talent Development Manager to work from the company’s home base in the Boston suburb of Brighton. The person hired to this position will be responsible for designing and implementing talent initiatives around the globe. The person will work with HR professionals throughout the company to ensure that New Balance hires the best and brightest and maintains a diverse workplace. Candidates should have at least seven years of prior relevant experience, and an MBA is required for this position.

Manager, People & Change — KPMG
KPMG is one of the Big Four accounting organizations. Aside from its financial services, the company is also known for advisory services. The company’s more than 200,000 employees are spread across 154 countries.
KPMG is hiring a Manager in People & Change to work out of the firm’s Boston office. The person hired for this position will be joining KPMG’s consulting practice and will be responsible for leading multiple teams in the active execution of engagements in compliance with delivery standards. In addition, the person will be involved in staff development and practice management. Candidates should have at least five years of prior related experience, and an MBA is preferred.

Bose was founded in Framingham, Massachusetts, by MIT graduated Amar Bose. Since then, Bose has become well known as an innovator in sound, developing high-quality portable and home audio systems.
Bose is hiring a Strategy Enablement Manager who will work out of the company’s headquarters, which are still located in Framingham. The person hired for this job will join Global Business Services and will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining transactional processes across the company, ensuring standard procedures. By creating these standard processes, the person will help the company to increase efficiency and revenues. Candidates should have at least five years of prior relevant experience, and an MBA is preferred.
