Analyst, Revenue Growth & Operations — Royal Caribbean Cruises
Miami is a major cruise port in the United States, and Royal Caribbean is one of the major service providers. Based in Miami, Royal Caribbean is the second-largest provider of cruises in the world, employing more than 77,000 people and running multiple cruise lines that stop in ports around the world.
Royal Caribbean is hiring an Analyst to work at its Miami headquarters. The person hired will help in providing assistance in executing revenue opportunities. He or she will work to build consensus for many of the company’s initiatives, including pricing and promotion strategies and new deployments. Candidates for this position should have one to three years of relevant prior experience, and an MBA is highly preferred.

Chain Development Director – East — Diageo
Even if the name Diageo does not ring an immediate bell, there is a high likelihood that you have encountered one of their products. The English company is a massive player in the alcohol industry, owning over 200 brands of spirits, including Smirnoff, Bulleit, Guinness, Tanqueray, and Talisker. The company is current the largest whiskey distiller in the world, running 27 distilleries.
Diageo is hiring a Chain Development Director who will be based out of the company’s Miami office. The person hired for this position will be responsible for the development, alignment, and communication of market-level chain strategy and plans to support the company’s operations in the Eastern United States. He or she will serve as an ambassador for the company, selling it to distributors and operations throughout the region. Candidates for this position should have at least eight years of prior experience in this area, and an MBA is preferred.

Director, Corporate Strategy & Business Development — NBCUniversal
NBCUniversal is the parent company of many media outlets. Some of their properties include NBC, CNBC, MSNBC, Universal Pictures, Bravo, and USA. In addition to its presence in the media space, NBCUniversal, through Universal Parks & Resorts, operates theme parks in many countries, making it the third-largest amusement park operator in the world.
NBCUniversal is hiring a Director to work out of its Miami office. The person hired for this position will help to identify, evaluate, develop, and implement plans to help Telemundo and NBCU International Networks & Distribution. Candidates for this position should have at least two years of experience in one of the following fields: management consulting, investment banking, business development, strategy, corporate development, or corporate finance. Experience in any of these areas within the media/telecom space is preferred. Ideal candidates will have an MBA.
