Harvard Business School to Offer Executive Strategy Program

The Harvard Business School will be offering an executive education strategy program from June 8 to June 13. The program aims to help senior executives to develop strategies and action plans, forecast industry evolution and analyze strategic costs in order to build and sustain a competitive edge for your company.

The leadership development program will provide attendees with the tools to develop and implement business unit and corporate strategies for your organization. The program will be conducted with strict confidentiality. It the will explore the economics of gaining competitive advantage, the most promising means to marshal and organize the firm’s resources, and the most effective ways to expand and thrive in global markets.

This program is designed for senior executives who are responsible for competitive strategy in companies across a wide range of industries and geographies, including consumer products, financial services, high tech, manufacturing, raw materials and energy, professional services, and telecommunications. To foster teamwork and maximize the learning impact, both individuals and teams are welcome to apply.

The leadership program will offer a look into “Research Windows” to provide an up-close view of current HBS research projects. These informal lunchtime conversations will allow you to see first-hand the questions that are being researched by the faculty.

The program costs $13,000 for admission, text books, accommodations and most meals and will be held on the Harvard Business School’s campus. Some past participating companies include, BP, Hewlett-Packard Company, McGraw-Hill Companies, Microsoft Corporation, The New York Times, Pepsi Co, Inc., Volvo Trucks North America and The Scotts Company.
