Subjects include Strategy and Organization, The Financial Environment, Creating Management Advantage, and Knowledge and Policy. Throughout this core general management program, students will also complete a “Strategy Project.” When students work on this project, they complete commercial assignments that integrate lessons from the different blocks. At the end of the semester, students will experience a “Consultancy Week,” which takes place in a foreign city elected each year by the school. Throughout this time, students get hands-on experience by carrying out a consultancy project with a company in the chosen location.

When they get to the second half of the Cass Business School full-time MBA program, students choose their electives and a begin a self-managed Business Mastery Project. They can also participate in the summer internship program offered by the school. In addition, students are able to utilize the Career and Professional Development Center and take part in various MBA networking events.
