Thunderbird Accelerated 4+1 Master of Global Management Program Structure

Thunderbird’s specialized Master of Global Management degree delivers cross-cultural, hands-on training in the nuances of international management, preparing you with the perfect balance of practical and people skills to inspire, influence and drive global success. Through the 4+1 program, ASU students with an undergraduate degree can pursue a a Master of Global Management from Thunderbird  through just one additional year of study.  The program consists of 49 credit hours and typically takes four semesters to complete.

Curriculum

In today’s competitive global marketplace where technological innovation is changing the way we live and work, leaders with cross-sector, interdisciplinary training will stand out. By building on your undergraduate studies with a MGM, you will develop the management and leadership skills needed to drive innovative solutions. Plus, during your final year of study, you’ll have the opportunity to pair your deep-dive leadership training with a unique concentration area and foreign language options.

Concentrations: Global Business, Global Affairs, Global Entrepreneurship, Global Digital Transformation, Sustainability Solutions, Public Policy, Public Administration, Nonprofit Leadership and Management, Sustainable Tourism, Legal Studies, Creative Industries and Design Thinking, Digital Audience Strategy, Development and Innovation, Integrated Healthcare, Healthcare Delivery, Combined Concentrations.

Tuition, Scholarships, and Financial Aid

Tuition for the Thunderbird School of Management Accelerated 4+1 Master of Global Management is $53,000.  There is also a $70 application fee for domestic applicants and a $115 application fee for international applicants.

There are many different options available to help you finance your graduate education at Thunderbird. In fact, more than 80% of Thunderbird students receive financial assistance through loans, scholarships or other awards. Arizona State University’s Financial Aid team works with you hand-in-hand to find the financing solutions for your unique situation.

Admissions

To apply to to the Thunderbird Accelerated 4+1 Master of Global Management the following are required: Iternational experience (preferred), Submission of online application, including, Resume documenting professional and academic history, 1 essay answering an application question, Contact information for 1 professional or academic reference, Official transcripts from all previously attended undergraduate and graduate institutions, and Admissions interview(s)

There is no work experience required to apply to the program.  The GMAT/GRE can also be waived on your application if you have a 3.25 GPA or higher.
