University of Illinois at Chicago Liautaud Graduate School of Business is preparing prospective MBAs for a business world marked by continuous change and developing their understanding of how the ability to leverage human capital is critical for success in today’s innovation and knowledge-based economy.
Sound interesting? Well you can learn more about the Liautaud MBA program by attending a mock class by Organizational Behavior Professor Donald H. Kluemper and sponsored by UIC College of Business Administration. Prof. Kluemper will lead those in attendance through a lecture about developing leadership potential through motivating and leading teams. The mock class aims to help students start to become aware of and develop their own distinct managerial style, ultimately discovering what works best for them.
Prof. Kluemper, who has been part of the UIC Managerial Studies Department since 2013, was Director of Human Resources in the non-profit sector prior to obtaining his Ph.D. and has served on the Board of Directors for several non-profit organizations.
