Cranfield University Executive MBA Program Structure
The Cranfield University Executive MBA is a 24-month program that begins in January, and consists of fourteen weekends per year, plus three week-long residential periods each year.
Curriculum
The Cranfield University Executive MBA program follows a similar outline as its full-time cousin: students complete a set of 14 core modules, as well as an array of projects and electives, such as Entrepreneurship and New Venture Creation, the International Business Assignment, and the Consultancy Project.

Cranfield offers a wide range of scholarships designed to provide opportunities for applicants to pursue their MBA. Scholarships and bursaries are offered for academic merit, professional excellence, and leadership potential or on the basis of need. In addition to the general awards, there are also dedicated scholarships around sector, nationality, gender, or specific industry. The EMBA also qualifies for the UK’s Apprenticeship Levy program. This program allows employers to receive government assistance in order to fund their employee’s studies. Students will have to apply for this program through the UK’s government.
Admissions
A minimum of three years post-qualification work experience is required for all Cranfield School of Management MBA degrees. For the EMBA, Cranfield requires a good degree and/or professional qualification, but will also accept evidence of “exceptional career progression” or leadership potential. In addition, GMAT scores of over 600, or passing the Cranfield Admissions Tests, and a good standard of English are required, which can be proven with recent IELTS, TOEFL, CPE, CAE, or, PTE scores.
The Cranfield Executive MBA program accepts applications on a rolling basis, but encourages early applications due to the limited available spots in the program. There are two start dates per year, one in September and one in January.
