University of Washington Hybrid MBA Program Structure
The University of Washington Hybrid MBA is a new work-compatible, mostly online MBA option from the top-ranked University of Washington Foster School of Business. Taught by Foster’s high-caliber MBA faculty, this program takes two years to complete. The Hybrid MBA Program combines the same rigor and reputation of a traditional Foster MBA with the convenient schedule of online coursework and quarterly 3-to-5 day in-person campus sessions.
The University of Washington estimates that 95 percent of the program can be completed online.
Curriculum
Curriculum for this two-year program will comprise of 52 credits of core courses and 10 credits of Hybrid MBA electives. Courses cover topics such as Competitive Strategy, Managerial Accounting, Corporate Finance, Leading Teams and Organization.
Tuition, Scholarships, and Financial Aid
The total cost of the University of Washington Hybrid MBA at the Foster School of Business is $78,000, for both in and out-of-state residents.
Students are eligible for federal and private loans. There are currently no scholarship opportunities for Hybrid MBA applicants. U.S. military veterans may be eligible for benefits to help fund tuition and fees.
Admissions
GMAT or GRE scores are required, in addition to a recommendation, two essays, transcripts and resume. Applicants need a minimum of three years of work experience, as well as a baccalaureate degree from an accredited university. If needed, applicants may need to submit proof of English language proficiency.
Application deadlines are as follows:
Round 1 – Feb. 5
Round 2 – April 22
Round 3 – July 1
Applicants are only admitted in the second and third rounds on a space-available basis.
