Fox School of Business – Temple University - Global MBA

Temple University Global MBA Program Structure

The two-year, full-time MBA program was redesigned in 2014 as the Temple University Global MBA at the Fox School of Business. It begins with a required, preterm orientation called MBA Essentials, which includes training in leadership, team-building, business communications and the case method of learning.

Curriculum

The Temple University Global MBA program encompasses 54 credits taken over a two-year period and follows a cohort structure. Students are broken down into small groups to hone their team problem-solving skills.

The core curriculum includes business foundation courses, advanced managerial perspective courses and a live consulting project.

The redesigned curriculum increased each student’s quotient of electives from 12 to 15 credits. The program offers concentrations in nine areas: business management, enterprise risk management, entrepreneurship, financial management, health sector management, human resource management, information technology management, innovation management, marketing management, and strategic management.

The MBA curriculum also includes “global immersions” which consist of two weeks abroad, a professional development speaker series, and the Enterprise Management Consulting Capstone, a live consulting project that integrates coursework, business experience, and research.
