University of Reading Executive MBA Program Structure
The University of Reading Executive MBA program at Henley Business School takes place over the course of 21-27 months, and students must attend three-to-four-day workshops once a month.
Curriculum
The University of Reading Executive MBA requires that all students take almost all the same courses in the same order. The first term is comprised of Managing Processes and Systems, Managing Financial Resources, and Managing People. Courses in the second term are Strategy, International Business, Strategic Marketing, Reputation & Responsibility. Reputation & Responsibility includes an International Study Visit. The final term comprises Leadership & Change, a Management Research Challenge (which requires a choice between a dissertation and an integrated business project), and a choice between an Elective and an International Study Visit. Each stage also includes a personal development module.
