University of Reading Masters in Real Estate Program Structure
The University of Reading Masters in Real Estate (MSc Real Estate) is a full-time one-year program. The program begins in October. Students in this program will learn how to work within the world of real estate, and the specific business skills that they must utilize to be successful in this area.
Curriculum
The University of Reading Master’s in Real Estate consists of five required core courses and either a dissertation or final project. Students also have a choice of several optional courses to take during the spring term. The required courses include investment appraisal, intro to real estate finance, real estate economics, real estate opportunities, and business and professional values. The optional courses cover a wide variety of topics ranging from landlord-tenant law to housing economics.
Class Profile
The University of Reading Master’s in Real Estate is particularly designed for graduates with a non-property related degree who wish to develop skills and knowledge in the real estate sector. Recent graduates from a variety of disciplines are also accepted.
