The Santa Clara University Online MBA, also known as the Silicon Valley Online MBA, is an AACSB and WSCUC-accredited program that begins four times per year: fall; winter; spring; and summer. Those in the program can complete the program in as little as two years.

The flexibility of the program allows enrolled students to take the program completely from home, studying on a full or part-time schedule.

The curriculum is comprised of 42 units of core courses, two units of the “Challenges in” elective, and 26 additional free electives. This comes to a total of 70 units.  There is a mandatory 3-day, on-campus residency at the beginning of the program.

Courses can be completed on a computer, tablet, or smartphone. Students will be given easier access to courses with a program-specific mobile app, direct lines to professors, and more.

Tuition, Scholarships, and Financial Aid

The current cost of the Santa Clara University Online MBA program is $1,198 per unit. Over the course of 70 units, this comes to a total of $83,860.

Most student loans are based on either financial need or creditworthiness and are available only to US citizens and permanent residents. Students commonly use the Federal Stafford Loan Program and Alternative Education Loans. Private loans may also be available.

The scholarship is available for online students including merit-based scholarships, a $1,000 Online MBA Referral Scholarship, and a $500 Online MBA GMAT Test Bonus for those who submit GMAT scores with an application.
