Muma College of Business – University of South Florida

History

In 1964, nine years after the official opening of the University of South Florida, the school opened four Master’s degree programs at its four affiliate colleges, including its Business Administration. After decades of expansion and introducing new MBA programs, the AACSB-accredited school received a $25 million gift from Pam and Les Muma, longtime benefactors to the University of South Florida. After the naming gift was received in 2014, the USF College of Business officially changed its name to the Muma College of Business.

Location

The Muma College of Business is located in the southeast corner of the University of South Florida, just north of downtown Tampa Bay, Florida. The campus is located about 20 miles northeast of the Tampa International Airport.

Facilities

The main building of the Muma College of Business houses administrative offices and classes for the schools MBA programs.

Faculty

Faculty at the Muma College of Business teach across four distinct departments: accountancy; finance; information system decision sciences; and marketing.

Student Body

A total of 424 students are currently enrolled in the University of South Florida Muma College of Business’ MBA programs, with 52 full-time MBA students, 311 part-time MBA students, and 61 Executive MBA students.

MBA Degree Offerings

The Muma College of Business offers an MBA that can be completed either part-time or full-time, an Online MBA, and Executive MBA program, in addition to an MBA in Sport and Entertainment Management, and multiple other Master’s degree options.
