Purdue University Online MBA Program Structure
The all-new AACSB accredited Online MBA program at the Purdue University Krannert School of Management is a 100 percent online offering, allowing potential students unrivaled schedule flexibility while obtaining a high-level Master’s degree.
The 24-month program with cohorts starting three separate times per year, featuring 48 credits worth of coursework. The first cohort begins in January, with the cohorts also starting in May and August.
Curriculum
The curriculum for the Online MBA at Purdue Krannert features traditional business fundamental courses, such as Financial Accounting and Business Analytics. Electives will be updated closer to the initial cohort start date in January 2020.
Tuition, Scholarships, and Financial Aid
Indiana resident tuition is $54,000 for the Purdue University Online MBA, with out-of-state residents paying $56,000. Fees are not included in the charges. A nonrefundable deposit of $750 is required to hold a spot in the program upon earning acceptance, which is applied to tuition costs during the first semester.
Limited scholarships are available to select students. Federal and private financial aid may be available to U.S. students, with international students mostly needing to rely on private financial aid.
Admissions
Potential applicants to the Purdue University Online MBA program at the Krannert School of Management are expected to have between three and 10 years of professional work experience, in addition to an accredited undergraduate degree.
Along with a completed online application, the following must be submitted:
• Official transcripts
• GMAT scores (waiver available for students with three-or-more years of work experience and a GPA of at least 3.0)
• Statement of Purpose (500 words max)
• Online MBA essays (two required, one optional)
• Interview feedback
• A video essay
• Two online recommendations
• Resume
*The GMAT/GRE exam requirement will be temporarily waived for students starting the Online MBA program in spring and summer 2021 due to circumstances related to COVID-19.
