Villanova University Executive MBA Program Structure
The Villanova University Executive MBA program convenes every three weeks on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, over 19 months beginning each September.
Curriculum
Following an intensive, week-long mandatory residency session in August, at the Inn at Villanova, Executive MBA students embark on a five-module curriculum. During each module, students take a variety of courses that fit into five streams: Strategic Leadership, Quantitative Decision Making, Innovation and Creativity, International Business, and Professional Development. Between the second and third modules, students participate in a global immersion. Part of the program tuition, this eight-day trip in the spring semester of the first year includes visits to international companies to discuss that country’s business environment. No curriculum specializations are offered as part of the EMBA degree. Recent International Immersion trips included stays in Turkey, Hungary, Vietnam, South Africa, Malaysia, Brazil, and Argentina.

Tuition, Scholarships, and Financial Aid
Tuition for the Villanova University Executive MBA class beginning September 2019 totals $98,000. This includes all accommodations, dining, program fees, an iPad, books and fees related to the mandatory international trip. Tuition is $96,000 for students who choose not to reside at the conference center during class weekends.
All students are encouraged to investigate federal loans for graduate students, such as the unsubsidized Federal Direct Graduate PLUS Loan.
Admissions
All applicants to the Villanova University Executive MBA program must submit a completed online application form, official academic transcripts, two confidential recommendation forms, a current résumé, a sponsorship letter, a 250-500 word essay, and a nonrefundable $65 application fee. Applicants who are non-native English speakers must also send in their TOEFL scores and an evaluation of their transcripts from ECE or WES. Admissions interviews are required for admission and are invitation-only.
