Yeshiva University Master’s in Real Estate Program Structure
The Mitzner Online Master’s in Real Estate is made for entrepreneurial leaders and venture capitalists who want to dive deeper into real estate investment, development, and planning. Students will master key industry software while exploring how their work can influence urban planning, historic preservation, and zoning laws, all with personalized guidance from some of the biggest names in real estate.
The Curriculum for the Yeshiva Master’s in Real Estate Program
The Yeshiva Master’s in Real Estate is 36 credits long and courses are offered over three 14-week terms per year. Within the 15 courses to complete the program, there are 2 elective courses and one culminating hands-on practicum. Each course is 7 weeks in length and the program can be completed in as little as 24 months.

Tuition, Scholarships, and Financial Aid
The current cost of the Yeshiva online Master’s in Real Estate program is $1,361 per credit hour, with a total tuition cost of $48,996.
Financial Aid can come in the form of scholarships or loans. The Office of Student Finance offers a robust list of aid opportunities for students.
Admissions
A bachelor’s degree in any field is required to apply. Students must also submit the following to be considered for the Master’s in Real Estate program:
- Application
- Resume/CV
- Official transcripts for all college-level coursework
- Demonstration of strong quantitative background through academic achievement in quantitatively oriented courses, professional accomplishments or standardized test scores.
- Personal Statement Essay
- International applicants may need to submit a language exam
No GMAT or GRE is required for this program for applicants with more than three years of professional experience.
No work experience is required for applicants to this program.
There is a $50 application fee.
