According to a story appearing on the school website, faculty from DePaul University and members of the KPMG Foundation recently honored Kellstadt Graduate School of Business Professor Sandra Shelton as the newly named KPMG Neil F. Casson Endowed Professor. KPMG is a professional service company and one of the Big Four auditors, along with Deloitte, EY and PwC. NIU Professor Named Editor-In-Chief of the Journal of Accounting Education
According to a news blurb on the Northern Illinois University School of Business website, the Journal of Accounting Education named NIU’s Caterpillar Professor of Accountancy Natalie Churyk to serve as the Journal’s editor-in-chief. Churyk will serve in this role for three years.
According to the publication’s website, The Journal of Accounting Education is a refereed journal dedicated to promoting and publishing research on accounting education issues and to improving the quality of accounting education worldwide.
