UC Davis Creates Aggie Pride Fellowship
Students who attended UC Davis and are interested in pursuing an MBA education at the same school may now apply for a new scholarship that will help fund their degree by sharing how they would promote “Aggie pride,” according to a press release from the school. The “Aggie Pride Alumni Fellowship” is open to applicants to UC Davis Graduate School of Management’s part-time MBA programs who completed their undergraduate degree at UC Davis. Cranfield to Host 24th MBA Regatta
Cranfield School of Management will be hosting the 24th Cranfield MBA Regatta from July 10 to July 12, according to a press release from the school. Over 150 MBA students from ten of the world’s best business schools will meet in Portsmouth in order to compete in the event. Cranfield’s regatta is the oldest event of its kind in Europe and will be held in the Solent this year, a small strip of water that separates the Isle of Wight from the UK mainland. Continue reading…
Cranfield Recognizes Successful Alumni
Cranfield School of Management recently held an awards ceremony to honor the achievements and contributions of some of their most successful alumni, according a press release from the school. The annual ceremony, which this year recognised four MBA alumni, is held to demonstrate Cranfield’s global impact as well as celebrate the contributions of its alumni so that they might serve as role models for new or current students. Ageno Alumni Returns to School for Exhibit
Ageno MBA alumni Glen Schofield returned to Golden Gate University for his exhibition “Icons,” according to a press release from the school. Schofield graduated from Ageno in 2002 and then became the co-founder and CEO of Sledgehammer Games. Sledgehammer is behind some of the highest-grossing games of all time, including Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare in 2014 and Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 in 2011. Schofield also earned GGU’s Rising Star Award in 2012, given to those who have extraordinary professional achievements and have made valuable contributions to their community. Continue reading…

Kogod MBA Alumni Honored By School’s Dean
Last month, the Kogod School of Business’ Dean Erran Carmel recognized philanthropic alumni for their community service at the school’s annual Dean’s Dinner. The 2015 Community Leadership Award was presented to Chris Donatelli, MBA ’91, which honors an alumnus exhibiting exemplary leadership skills to make a positive impact in the community.
Donatelli was given this award based off his tireless commitment to some of the DC Metro’s most neglected neighborhoods. As president of Donatelli Development, he has forged strong partnerships with the District and WMATA to spur transit-oriented developments in lower income areas. Continue reading…
