According to a press release, Gaurav Bhalla, an adjunct professor at the Robert H. Smith School of Business and executive fellow of the Center for Excellence in Service (CES), has been named Executive Education Specialist of the Year by Corporate Vision Magazine.
Smith MBAs Meet With Warren Buffett in Omaha
Last fall, a handful of MBAs from the Robert H. Smith School of Business were chosen to meet one of the most successful investors in the world — Warren Buffett. The group traveled to Omaha, Nebraska — the headquarters of Buffett’s investment company, Berkshire Hathaway. Johns Hopkins Launches Carey Business Fellows Program

Carey MBAs Win Collegiate Maxi Oral Case Competition
According to the school’s website, four Carey Business School students took home first place at the recent Collegiate Maxi Oral Case Competition. Organized by the Direct Marketing Association of Washington’s Education Foundation, the competition was held on Nov. 4th in Alexandria, Virginia.
Businessweek Ranks Smith Among Nation’s Best Full-Time MBA Programs
