Kellstadt’s Sandra Shelton Named KPMG Neil F. Casson Endowed Professor
According to a story appearing on the school website, faculty from DePaul University and members of the KPMG Foundation recently honored Kellstadt Graduate School of Business Professor Sandra Shelton as the newly named KPMG Neil F. Casson Endowed Professor. KPMG is a professional service company and one of the Big Four auditors, along with Deloitte, EY and PwC. Alumni Spotlight: Michael Quinlan, MBA ‘70
Whenever we do an alumni spotlight here at MetroMBA, we make sure to pick a prominent alumni to profile. In this instance the alumni is so prominent, that the graduate school he attended ultimately ended up re-naming their school after him. Sure, Michael Quinlan donated $40 million to Loyola University which undoubtedly played a part, but Quinlan’s impact on the school and each company he worked for revolves around more than just dollars and cents.

Kellstadt MBAs Visit Warren Buffett in Omaha
Last month, 20 MBAs from DePaul University’s Kellstadt Graduate School of Business were chosen to meet one of the most successful investors in the world — Warren Buffett.
The group traveled to Omaha, Nebraska — the headquarters of Buffett’s investment company, Berkshire Hathaway. On April 1st, They toured various Berkshire companies before taking part in an informal Q&A session with Buffett himself. Continue reading…
