When it comes to leading management thinkers, University of Toronto’s Rotman School of Management has the top professors not just in Canada but in the world. For the second ranking in a row, Rotman was the only Canadian university to have professors end up on the Thinkers50 ranking. But Rotman didn’t just have one professor: three faculty members with the Martin Prosperity Institute (MPI) were placed on the Thinkers50 ranking on November 9—and two professors ranked in the top ten. When Canadian Business completed their first comprehensive reputational survey of MBA programs in Canada, it was no surprise that the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto was ranked as the No. 1 MBA in Canada. Imperial Expands Executive Education Through Partnership
Imperial College Business School has partnered up with the Financial Times and the IE Business School in Spain in order to expand their executive education program, according to a press release from the school. The program, called the FT|IE Corporate Learning Alliance, will allow Imperial to run their executive education programs through local business schools everywhere from China to South America to Singapore. London Business School Adds MFA Program
London Business School announced that they will be adding a Masters in Financial Analysis to their prestigious financial program, according to a recent press release from the school. The program is designed for top graduates with backgrounds in quantitative studies who have recently graduated with less than one year of work experience. Henley Offers Scholarship to Women
Henley Business School has launched a scholarship with the collaboration of the 30% Club and the Financial Times aimed at offering women a fully-funded Henley MBA education, according to a recent press release. The scholarship is designed to give practical support to women interested in entering the business world, allowing students to complete their degrees on either a full time, executive or flex-executive schedule, allowing for women to continue working while they complete their degree.
