The Kellstadt Graduate School of Business will be having an information session for all graduate degrees– including the MBA program– on Tuesday, January 13 at 5:30pm to 6:30pm in the DePaul Center (DPC), 5th Floor, Room 5800 1 E Jackson Blvd. A member of the university admissions team will be on hand to discuss how each specific program and its offerings suit your needs as a prospective MBA. DePaul MBA Capstone Discussed Inversions
A recent Wall Street Journal article informed the world of the IRS’ new tax rules that crackdown on companies practicing inversion— a tactic corporations employ to use their international residency to avoid paying U.S. taxes. Ronald Graziano, DePaul MBA ’06 and global accounting specialist for Credit Suisse Securities, discussed the possibility of the IRS changing the rules on inversions during an MBA capstone class at the Kellstadt Graduate School of Business.
Grace Lemmon Talks Business Trends With Kellstadt
Grace Lemmon, DePaul’s assistant professor of management and alumna, has studied how trends involving women in the business world have effected today’s workplace. Among these trends impacting the business worlds are: more women in the corporate ranks, multiple generations in the workforce and the bust- and-boom economic cycle.

Kellstadt Adds Evening Cohort MBA
The Evening Cohort MBA offered through the Kellstadt Graduate School of Business is the newest addition to DePaul’s roster of MBA options. This accelerated cohort experience offers those who are already working a structured class schedule and the opportunity to learn as a unit.
The Evening Cohort MBA is strategically planned around networking and building relationships. Candidates will take the same classes at the same time and graduating together. Other assignments include a group consulting project for a nonprofit and an international study trip together to explore international business to meet with global executives. Continue reading…
