The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania’s Baker Retailing Center has welcomed its partner, the NPD Group, Inc., in performing a study analyzing consumer behavior among Millennials, Baby Boomers, and members of Generation X. The NPD Group is a global information company that tracks data regarding buying habits.
Seattle University Students Raise $110,000 for Miracle Children
Seattle University became an exclusive dance club for 16 hours February 20 and 21. The reason, to raise money for Seattle Children’s Hospital’s Uncompensated Care Fund and Strong Against Cancer Initiatives. With a $100-minimum cover charge, and pumping music, students danced their way to over $110,000 in donations for miracle children.
DeGroote School Receives AACSB Accreditation
Less than 5% of the world’s business programs earn an AACSB Accreditation and the DeGroote School of Business at McMaster University ranks among them. The Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business is regarded as the gold standard of business education accreditation. San Diego Universities Stand Out in Peace Corps Volunteers
When it comes to sending students to the Peace Corps, San Diego universities stand out in the crowd. UC San Diego tied for 14th among large schools, with 36 volunteers in 2015. Overall, more than 800 UC San Diego alumni have volunteered for the Peace Corps over 55 years. Continue reading…
