Lubin Holds Accelerated Military Admissions Event

The Lubin School of Business will be holding a special admissions event for military personnel. The “Military Monday” event will be an accelerated admissions event for any veteran, reservist, and active duty military that plan to apply to the Business School. The event will held on Monday, Nov. 9 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Prospective students who apply during this event will have the $70 graduate application fee waived.

McMaster Ranks Among Canada’s Top 10 Research Universities

On October 15, the 2015 Research Infosource Inc. rankings released Canada’s Top 50 Research Universities. The study reviewed the sponsored research income for the 2013 and 2014 years and examined the percent change year-over-year. The number of faculty members were then taken into account to disclose which Canada Universities have the highest research budget per faculty member. Recommended Deadline for Binghamton MBA Nov. 15

The recommended admissions deadline for the Binghamton University School of Management MBA program beginning in the spring is Nov. 15. Although the Binghamton admissions runs on a rolling basis, the admissions office recommends that students apply by Nov. 15 to ensure enough time to process applications and supporting documents before the beginning of term in the spring. The spring program is delivered on a part-time basis only.

To be considered for admission to the MBA program at Binghamton, prospective students must hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a nationally or regionally accredited college or university and have an undergraduate GPA of 3.0 or higher. To apply for admission, applicants must first complete the online application form. Applicants must also provide the admissions office with official undergraduate and (if applicable) graduate transcripts. The application process also requires applicants to submit a personal statement, which outlines why you are a good fit for Binghamton, as well as a copy of your current resume, two letters of recommendation and official GMAT scores.
