Fox Hosts Personalized Visit
Temple University’s Fox School of Business will be hosting a personalized visit to the School. Fox Discovery Day will give prospective students an opportunity to experience the Fox School of Business first hand. Discovery Day will be held Feb. 28. Registration will begin at 8:45 a.m. and the event will begin at 9 a.m.
During the visit, prospective students will have the opportunity to meet current students, alumni, faculty and the admissions team to learn more about the various graduate degree programs, the admissions process and Fox’s extensive student services. The event will feature a sample class as well as a presentation from the Center for Student Professional Development.
Fox Holds HRM Co-Op Event
Fox School of Business welcomed industry leaders during the Co-OP in Human Resource Management. During this event, Human Resource Management students made their final presentations for the Co-Op in HRM. This marked the culmination of The Co-Op in HRM.
In the course, an elective offered by the Fox School’s Department of Human Resource Management (HRM), students swap classroom learning for professional experience. Students are assigned a co-op with one of the program’s industry partners, where they report to work 10 hours weekly. The students are tasked with tackling a pressing issue in the human resources industry, and producing an evidence-based management paper that presents their research toward pinpointing a solution.
Fox Holds Exec MBA Open Class Days
The Fox School of Business is holding two Executive MBA Open Class days. The first will be held Friday, Dec. 5, 2014 and the second on Saturday Dec. 6, 2014. The event will be held in the Center City Campus in Philadelphia.
This is an invitation-only opportunity to experience the Fox Executive MBA firsthand. Attendants will have the opportunity to sit in on a live class at The Hub Commerce Square, meet faculty, and network with current students on the day that works best for your schedule.
Fox Offers Admission Decision in 24 Hours
The Fox School of Business at Temple University is offering applicants an opportunity to receive an admissions decision before the first deadline. The Fox Decision day offers students interested in the Global MBA program, who have completed their application by Nov. 3, 2014 the chance to receive a decision by the admissions office by Nov. 10, 11 or 12, 2014.
Applicants must complete the entire application for the Fox School by Nov. 3, 2014 in order to receive an invitation to attend the Decision Day event. The event will give applicants the opportunity to complete an admissions interview on sight and receive a decision within 24 hours. During the event, prospective students will also be able to sit in on a live Global MBA class with current students, Meet with some of Fox’s world-class faculty, spend one-on-one time with the school’s no. 1 ranked career services and professional development team, access pre-first round scholarships and attend exclusive events and activities with alumni and current students.
