HBS Says Cancer Researchers Can Learn Analytics Lessons From Under Armour and Wayfair
Harvard Business School recently published an article that illuminates the lessons precision oncologists and other cancer researchers can glean from the tactics cutting-edge direct-to-consumer (DTC) companies like Uber, Wayfair, Under Armour and Peloton use to “persuade customers to provide and share their data.”

McDonough Professor Teaches Course on Water Policy
Mark Giordano led a group of MBA Evening Program students from the McDonough School of Business in an Intensive Learning Course (ILE) that explored the private sector’s relationship with water policy.
“When a lot of people talk about what to do about the global water crisis, they often talk about government action and bigger processes,” Giordano said. “But it’s actually businesses and individuals that are making the fundamental choices that affect water.” Continue reading…
