Simmons Holds BSBA/MBA Info Session
The Simmons School of Management will be hosting an information session for prospective undergraduate business students. This information session is for the BSBA/MBA program at Simmons. The event will be held March 26 at 5 p.m. The information session is for current Simmons College students that are intersted in jump starting their MBA while completing their undergraduate degree. Those intersted in attending the event can complete an event registration form online.
The benefits of completing the BSBA to MBA program at Simmons are that the program will save you money by allowing you to compete the MBA degree in an accelerated time frame, give you an opportunity to expand your network outside of your unicer graduate degree and give you more career opportunities after graduating with only the undergraduate degree. The program is offered in both part-time and full-time options with flexible scheduling.
Babson College Recognizes Outstanding Students and Alumni with Changemaker Awards
Since 2011, the Lewis Institute’s Changemaker Awards have recognized Babson students and staff who exemplify remarkable effort to create a positive change within the community and in the world. Two of recipients of this year’s Changemaker Awards are Two of this year’s honorees are from the F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College; Mayank Arora M’15, and the institute’s first ever alumni award was given to Jon Feinman M’10.
Arora is a first-year MBA student, who will participate in MBAxAmerica this summer. This new, six-week program designed for MBA students from the nation’s top business schools incorporates cross-country travel where students participate in six business challenges with innovative entrepreneurs. He serves as the Vice President of Operations for the Babson Energy & Environmental Club. Arora, who strives to become a social entrepreneur, has a passion for sustainability and is working on improving energy efficiency within the residential sector. Continue reading…
