Haas Ranked No. 5 by Financial Engineer
The Hass School of Business at UC Berkeley was ranked no. 5 in the Financial Engineer’s 2015 MBA program rankings. The Financial Engineer’s rankings are the most comprehensive rankings for graduate business programs in the United States.
The rankings were calculated by a weighted average of each of six components. The six components are:
- 30% Mean GMAT Scores
- 25% Mean Starting Salary and Bonus
- 15% Mean Undergraduate GPA
- 15% Acceptance Rate
- 10% Full Time Graduates Employed at Graduation
- 5% Full Time Graduates Employed 3 Months after Graduation
Haas Holds Part-Time MBA Admissions Events
The Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley will be offering several upcoming admissions events for its part-time MBA program. These events include information sessions at different locations around the bay area as well as different cities across the country, class visitations, online information sessions and special diversity events.
The Evening and Weekend MBA Program at Haas makes the academic experience convenient and accessible for busy working professionals. The three-year, part-time schedule makes it possible to work while pursuing an education. Students will study at the UC Berkeley campus. Weekend students will also study at a location in nearby Silicon Valley on select Saturdays.
Haas Faculty Selected as Teaching Fellows
Haas School of Business faculty members Sara Beckman and Dave Rochlin have been selected as UC Berkeley Lecturer Teaching Fellows for the 2014–2015 academic year.
The Lecturer Teaching Fellows Program supports participants in generating dynamic tools and resources for enriching and/or innovating teaching practices on campus. Ten to 12 Fellows are selected each year to participate in workshops and work in teams on areas of interest to the university.
